The venue is accessible through the main entrance of the Strand building. There will be a conference registration desk before the security where the participants must sign and get their credentials. Only those who confirmed their in-person participation on the doodle will be able to access.
In order to enter the venue, you must always show the back side of your conference badge (showing your name, QR and King's logo in red) to the security person who will open the barrier for you.
For the security of all the participants, please read carefully the Corononavirus recommendations and protocol.
The registration and cashier will be open from Saturday the 18th of December to Monday the 20th of December 2021 from 8:00 to 18:30 in the Great Hall of the King's College Building (ground floor).
The coffee breaks will last 45 minutes each (beginning 15 minutes in advance of the times indicated in the program). These will take place at the Great Hall of the King's Building (ground floor). You must have your conference badge in order to attend the coffee breaks.
