The venue is accessible through the main entrance of the Strand building. There will be a conference registration desk before the security where the participants must sign and get their credentials. Only those who confirmed their in-person participation on the registration have access.
In order to enter the venue, you must always show the backside of your conference badge (showing your name, QR and King's logo in red) to the security person who will open the barrier for you.
For the security of all the participants, please read the Corononavirus recommendations and protocol carefully.
The registration and cashier will be open from Saturday the 17th to Monday the 19th of December 2022 from 8:00 to 18:30.
The coffee breaks will last 40 minutes each (beginning 10 minutes before the times indicated in the program). These will take place at the Great Hall of the King's Building (ground floor). You must have your conference badge in order to attend the coffee breaks.
